of-the-art technology with a proven track record of success to find you the best postage discounts, and give your projects the care and attention they need at every stage of the mailing process.
We offer a full line of data processing and lettershop services:
CASS Cert. Presort Processing
To reduce your postage costs we makes sure the address records of your mailing list are within the standards set by the U.S. Postal Service. We use CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) certified software approved by USPS. Then we repair recognizable addresses that are incorrect, and standardize them to meet these USPS specifications. Next we append proper ZIP +4 and carrier route codes, plus all other required USPS endorsements. Finally, we presort your list so that all of the addresses are arranged in a sequence that meets USPS regulations. We'll even produce the documentation needed to obtain your postal discounts and ensure deliverability.
Data Entry
Not all mailing lists come neatly packaged in electronic form. We can take previous mailings and response pieces you have and create a database for your next mailing or promotion! We'll keep your mailing list in-house and do all the updating and maintenance for you.
NCOA Processing
As many as 23% of the United States population moves every year! So you'll want to consider using National Change of Address (NCOA) on your in-house mailing list at least once a year. NCOA uses data updated by the U.S. Postal Service every week to identify individuals, families and businesses that move. We'll incorporate the new information to your list to keep it current and save you the cost of mailing to outdated addresses.
Merge/Purge
We merge (combine) two or more lists and purge (remove) the names and addresses that appear more than once. This gives you a clean list, so you don't waste your resources mailing to duplicate records. Our software standardizes and corrects all possible addresses in your lists, then creates a special merge/purge sequence to eliminate the true duplicates and keep the good addresses.
